Segmentation fault

Hey there,

Thanks for putting this script out there.. I'm also cleaning up my library..

However I hit a snag halfway through analysis.. this is the only details "Segmentation fault" seen at end of log.
Unfortunately when re-running it wants to do all files again (and starts randomly at J, would expect alphabetically).

Perhaps if the script could detect/skip files itself tagged for re-runs?
