Validating the data

Right now, the variables in /src-data/variable don't match their defined context. The agreement between context and entries should be validated in CI so this can't happen.

Is this in regards to the values in https://github.com/WCRP-CMIP/Variable-Registry/blob/main/src-data/variable/context being wrong, or certain links/entries missing?

Will this be fixed by the validation from #42 or is it another issue?

There are keys in e.g. https://github.com/WCRP-CMIP/Variable-Registry/blob/main/src-data/variable/abs550no3_tavg-u-hxy-u.json that are not in https://github.com/WCRP-CMIP/Variable-Registry/blob/main/src-data/variable/_context_

Separate - I'm not comfortable enough with cmipld to do this context validation

The context is not a schema. It just provides information on how to resolve the jsonld.

We can add the keys, but they would serve no purpose other than bloat. The key validation happens in the pydantic model.
