The suggestion here is to set replace in CFsubhr.sci dimension "time" with dimension "time1" and change cell_methods to: "area: time: mean" (see column DQ of https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1biV1mSsAMDIWO7lGC_kYCDC-MYS0qRqi2U2KYlFynJU ).

Input requested:
How does one calculate the "fraction of time" something exists if not basing it on samples over some finite period of time. At an instant ("time point"), one would either find convection or find that convection was not occuring. How do you get a fraction out of that? (Maybe a model calculates this diagnostically based on other information that is sampled instantaneously, so we won't simply correct the cell_methods without further input. )
