I've gone with some general description of CMOR here with pointers on to examples in the MIP tables repo. If you think there are other information that should go in here please shout.

@glevava, in #39 I've referenced CMOR exclusively -- If you think it useful to add information on tools such as dr2xml then I'd welcome your input.

QAQC tool probably the key one: if you don't pass that QAQC tool, you're going to be annoyed (and it effectively defines the 'standard')
