Set up a landing page for CiTO-related information

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

With #1613 , we are introducing some CiTO-related functionality but that does not come with a mechanism to systematically explore CiTO-related information.

Describe the solution you'd like
Perhaps something similar to an aspect landing page.

@Daniel-Mietchen, how does this request relate to https://scholia.toolforge.org/cito/ ? Is that page sufficiently implementing this feature request? If not, what is missing on that page?

@egonw That's probably good enough.

Improvements are always possible, though. For instance, one could consider

• adding a figure
• replacing the link to the CiTO paper with a link to the CiTO ontology
• adding a panel showing the ontology's classes and properties in general (i.e. not just those in the article counts panel)
• providing a curation page and instructions for how to contribute CiTO annotations
