Author aspect takes more than 100 milliseconds to complete. From the log at Toolforge topic and work will usually finish quicker.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Monitoring with tail -f uwsgi.log

Expected behavior
The author aspect should load as fast as the topic aspect.
