When pulling Wikipedia content, try taking into account language on user's device

E.g. if their browser language (or their Scholia preferences) indicate Hungarian and the Hungarian Wikipedia has an entry about the entity in question, then pull that first and give the option to load English version.

Conversely, once the English Wikipedia's text was loaded, provide links to other language versions if available.
