Summary:
- doubling invasion notifications
- cetus/cambion notifications stopped
- probably need a wider allowed range, like up to .2 instead of just .1 & .0
- can't override ping for already set prepends #643
- bypassable by clear-prepend & reset
- No option for setting language to
ukfor notifications #644 - unable to set ping (full stop)
- fissure not setting pings for extermination, disruption, assault #674
