Admin Remove Project Tag shows error

When removing a project tag, I always get this message:
"The server has encountered an error when attempting to remove the tag."

But when I refresh the page, I see that the tag has actually been removed.

Did this get fixed? It works fine locally.
I get a "The tag has been successfully removed!" message
