Suggest using Git Submodule for pgCompare #2
Description
To make it easier to keep the pgCompare project up-to-date, it is recommended to include it as a Git Submodule in the current repository.
This approach allows the main repository to remain independent while easily tracking and updating the latest version of pgCompare.
