Evaluate CesiumJS as alternate web map library #36
Description
As of now the web app uses some homegrown scripts together with Google Maps API (v3?), maybe it would be a good idea implement a CZML endpoint and test if CaesiumJS (especially due to the time slide) is a better fit.
