How to process multi slice data

Hi!
Thanks for sharing this fantastic code! When i run demo with 3D(multi slice) brain image, an error appear like snapshot, what can i do for this?

Hi, I think I'd need to know more about the error and what the error message said. There are many things that could go wrong, but I couldn't list all the possibilities. Some likely things include, but are not limited to: - images may not all be the same size or in the same orientation - you don't have SPM12 installed, or the path isn't set up - the settings file describes a job that might not work - etc Best regards, -John
