Implement Service Connection Authentication

I can see where the connectionString is used Xrm.Framework.CI.PowerShell.Cmdlets/XrmCommandBase.cs - would enjoy an implementation that can use a Service Connection in Azure DevOps instead of a connection string. Would require AzAccount cmdlet
