Testing: Main Page - Form Happy Paths

• Refactor existing Cypress tests to conform with GraphQL implementation and new UI components
• Add thorough testing for all UI components
• Add testing for GraphQL query (page load data)
• Add testing for GraphQL mutation (form submission)
