Update Wallaroo Up tester script to use a custom User-Agent

Currently, the Wallaroo Up tester script use a standard User-Agent when retrieving Wallaroo artifacts. In order to properly discern when the tester script is being used versus a standard user, a custom User-Agent should be added to the script when retrieving Wallaroo artifacts.
