[Community Work] Request to Add "FlashVSR" in Community Work

We would like to add FlashVSR to the Community Work section.
FlashVSR (FlashVSR: Towards Real-Time Diffusion-Based Streaming Video Super-Resolution) is built upon Wan 2.1.

FlashVSR achieves efficient 4× video super-resolution through a one-step diffusion-based streaming framework.

The project is fully open-sourced.
