Problem with MQTT connection

I'm trying to use MQTT scene switcher. I have created a free HiveMQ Cloud Server https://console.hivemq.cloud/
The host is something like 27d9cd9cb....db672c9.s1.eu.hivemq.cloud and port is 8883

When I enter "mqtt://27d9cd9cb....db672c9.s1.eu.hivemq.cloud:8883" in the "Advanced Scene Switcher/Address" and test connection I get an error "Could not connect ... TCP Connect completion failure"

I have defined a user and password on HiveMq cloud side

But I've tried same host:port with another MQTT webclient and even with a local application installed on the same host the my OBS (https://mqtt-explorer.com/) and all these clients are working well, but not OBS/Scene Switch MQTT client

In addition, I've tried to put mqtts:// instead of mqtt:// and this make OBS completely crash

Have you an idea of what I'm missing ?

I can confirm the crash when using mqtts://.

Some MQTT servers don't allow subscribing to /# and will refuse such connections.
Can you try changing it to something else?

I used this for testing back when I implemented the feature:
