Notifications of last uploaded videos when importing subscriptions

A work-around for not receiving the notifications:

Google Chrome Version 62.0.3202.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Only extension enabled is YouTube Notifications.

Interesting workaround. It seems that I've actually forgot about this feature request, I'll work on implementing this feature shortly.
