Adding Tests for WaterLilyPlotsExt

I'm currently self-studying CFD and Julia, and looking to get into open-source software. For these reasons, WaterLily seemed like an exciting and approachable project to try and get into! To better understand the project, I am interested in adding tests for some of the extensions which don't have coverage yet, starting with WaterLilyPlotsExt. Would the community here be interested in those tests? If not, are there any other suggestions people have for new contributors?

This would be very much appreciated indeed, thanks! We currently do not have many tests for extensions and definitely this needs to be improved. So, please, go for it! It would be a very nice contribution. At some point, we need to significantly improve the docs too, maybe having something similar to https://agdestein.github.io/IncompressibleNavierStokes.jl. That would also be a nice way to contribute :) Thanks again!
