Handle CellPose mask export data as part of data packaging #45
Description
It may be possible to export CellPose masks, then use the same masks as input for CellProfiler and DeepProfiler, storing the masks as data within data packaging steps for provenance. This may also entail using the masks on IC images to detail exact segmented data used.
