Add capability to generate Zarr-based images from `.npy` IC and original images

Based on discussion with @MikeLippincott and @jenna-tomkinson , we could add the capability to ingest original images and `.npy` files which are intended for illumination correction application. These would be prepared as Zarr directories, similar to how we already provide output images from this project.
