Converting and Viewing 3D tiff Images #59
Description
Cannot view the zarr "file" in napari with the view_zarr function after converting with the tiff_to_zarr function. The filenames of the 3D tiff images were prefixed with string placeholder_<channel name>_. From my understanding the value immediately following the underscore should be recognized as the channel name.
The GFF images were used to convert and view these images. I have attached the script in this issue along with the corresponding log files. If you have any question then feel free to reach out!
