Bootloader source code license

Hello,

I plan to build my own firmware and intend to release the created product publicly if possible.

The bootloader source code is copyrighted by your name, but no license is set.
Could you please tell me the license of these files?

Example/Build_You_Own_firmware/CDC_Test/Bsp/bootloader.c
Example/Build_You_Own_firmware/CDC_Test/Bsp/bootloader.h

Specifically, is it possible to modify them or redistribute them in binary form?

Quoting from GitHub Terms of Service:

Any User-Generated Content you post publicly, including issues, comments, and contributions to other Users' repositories, may be viewed by others. By setting your repositories to be viewed publicly, you agree to allow others to view and "fork" your repositories (this means that others may make their own copies of Content from your repositories in repositories they control).

It should be possible to fork this repository, but modification and binary distribution are still up to them.
