Dynamically inserted comment reply can be misleading

That the date is generated client-side is a known issue, but a more serious one is that it can show the wrong account. Anything else?

Is this issue for this workflow, or another one?

1. Start writing reply on Account A
2. In another tab, log out of Account A
3. In another tab, log into Account B
4. Click Reply on the first tab
5. See that the reply is for Account A, but is really for Account B when refreshed
