Currently the installOnDevice API takes in a collection of languages. We should consider future-proofing this API by encapsulating the collection of languages in an InstallOptions object. That way in the future we have the flexibility of extending this API to allow websites to install on-device speech recognition with specific capabilities without breaking backwards compatibility.
