Fix boot errors caused by extracting plugins from core SkotOS

The current vRWOT XML objects reference a lot of things that are no longer in core SkotOS or (I think) the plugins, such as some shared clothing. Booting prototype_vRWOT gives a *lot* of console errors, many of which seem to reflect actual (but minor) problems.

So: would be good to investigate and fix. Not a priority as I write this.
