Pull request approved but need instructions on what to do next #18
Description
Thanks for approving my pull request to submit my topic paper, Dmitri. I don't see my paper in the repo yet. I received another comment saying I should add my paper to the alphabetical listing and the topic listing in the readme file, but I don't have write access to the readme file.
Do I need to submit another pull request to add the title of my paper to the two places in the readme file? If so, don't I need to wait until after I see my paper in the repo so I can get the correct URL?
I would really appreciate step-by-step instructions on what to do at this point to complete the submission of my topic paper since it is not clear from the GitHub GUI or from the documentation what steps I need to take to complete my submission.
