Hi, we are using an older version of WebPA 1.0.0.3 at UNSW Sydney, because we developed a Moodle plugin using that version.
In my testing there is also a problem with this function on version 2.0.0.11
I searched through previous issues at sourceforge, and could not find that this as a reported issue, but my apologies if I missed it.
Version 1.0.0.3 --->
When clicking on the "Save changes" on the Edit form screen, a line is inserted in the XML that is exported from WebPA, either: likert or split100, depending on what option is selected in the "Scoring type" drop-down:

When one tries to import the XML to create a new form, the import fails with the error "The import has failed due to the following reasons ; ".

Version2.0.0.11 --->
In the case of version 2.0.0.11, it appears that the import function is completely broken. I get a 404 File Not Found:

Would be delighted to get some feedback on these problems and whether the import form feature is broken.
