Update DeepL glossary API to v3

Describe the problem

DeepL has v3 API version for glossaries which allows editing glossaries rather than deleting and recreating what was the only option in v2. It has some other features as well, see https://developers.deepl.com/api-reference/glossaries/v2-vs-v3-endpoints
