Write a go program that takes a parameter and sets the value of that parameter to the value of the key corresponding to max_apps in: /websoft9/apphub/src/config/system.ini. The value needs to be encrypted and verified that the value can only be 3, 10, 100, and other results are not accepted, prompting a license activation failure.

This is a temp solution for changing your CE to EE of Websoft9

1. `go build` enterprise.go to binary file
2. Upload to `https://libs.websoft9.com/Websoft9/licence/enterprise`
3. Run below command at Linux

   docker exec -it websoft9-apphub bash -c "wget https://libs.websoft9.com/Websoft9/licence/enterprise && chmod +x enterprise && ./enterprise"
