Finish module reset functionality by toggling ALARM pin #157
Description
The momo controller resets the modules on the bus by toggling the ALARM pin low for 10 microseconds. This is currently disabled on pic16lf1847. Test hotplugging situations to see if there are ALARM pin transients and then enable this code on all of the modules so that the new GSM module has it.
