[Bug] Cursor is offset on hyprland

What's the issue you encountered?

On hyprland I have to move my mouse above buttons to interact with them

How can the issue be reproduced?

1. Use hyprland on arch
2. Install imhex through aur
3. Launch imhex
4. try to interact with the ui

Maybe a duplicate of #1625. Disabling os decorations didn't fix the issue
