[Bug] Window appears off screen each time program starts up #2663

What's the issue you encountered?
Immedieately after installing in a portable install folder, I run the gui exe and its so tiny I cannot do anything. I exit out, set DPI scaling as to the image below and the size of the application is correct, except now everytime I have to move the application by right clicking in the task bar, selecting "move" and using the keyboard keys to move it back on screen. This resets after exit and has to be done each time the program opens. Fresh cllean install windows 11 25h2 26200.7840
How can the issue be reproduced?
just install on a 4k monitor
