I’m currently exploring WhatsApp Flows and I’m wondering if it’s possible to create a custom payment flow using Flows, but integrating my own payment gateway, instead of the built-in options.

Specifically:

Can I initiate and complete a payment process within a WhatsApp Flow using a third-party/custom payment gateway?

Are there any restrictions or limitations around using non-built-in payment providers?

Are there guidelines or best practices for handling such a custom integration?

Any clarification would be greatly appreciated 🙏

Hi @edehernandez, currently WhatsApp Flows does not natively support payments or commerce. Please make sure you will comply with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta Commerce Policy if you will provide any commerce experience on WhatsApp.
