[R14] Input Viewer - Temporal display misrepresents sudden/discrete changes

This is normally not an issue at all when monitoring an axis that is changing via small/incremental amounts, but it's very noticeable when restricting to a finite set of discrete values:

I suspect an additional data point needs to be potentially be added to the graph, showing the value before the new event.

The temporal view in R13 would properly display such a change.
