[BUG] Links to templates on other Wiki projects is red #65

Describe the bug
The bug is that links to other language versions than the specific wiki it is hosted on become red links. This can easily be fixed by replacing {{mal|<template name>}} with {{mal|<template name>|<language code>}}.

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
Steps to reproduce the behavior, with an example:

  1. Participate in a competition that includes: {{Ukens konkurranse poeng | malfjerning | 15 | nn:Kjelder manglar }}
  2. Go to nn.wikipedia.org and remove the template {{Treng kjelde}} from an article.
  3. Wait for the bot to run.
  4. Find the article you edited in the Resultater section of the competition and hover over the points awarded.

What happens?:
{{mal|<template name>}} becomes a red link

What should have happened instead?
{{mal|<template name>|<language code>}} becomes a blue link
