Description
When a vessel is boarded and prefill is used, the picture of the vessel is duplicated. This should not be stored as an actual duplication, but a link to where the existing picture is. When displaying the vessel, if there are 2 links to the same photo, it should only display once. An example of this is the vessel "Shearwater Bay"
