Add in Charts templates and instructions #207

In earlier versions of Charts, there was no way to export them. Building WildAid charts was cumbersome. Now, we can export Charts so that building charts is easier.

Export charts into this repo and change documentation to reflect the new charts.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Leaving it as-is - this is a high barrier to entry and should not be the solution.
