New Boarding Record: save capabilities #538
Description
Acceptance criteria:
If a user clicks "Save and submit":
- check to see that the required fields are filled out (the ones with a * next to them). If they are not, display a warning and let the user keep editing. See https://mongodb.invisionapp.com/console/share/VJXLVXNPGW4/587694037
- If the required fields are filled out (the ones with a * next to them), then display a confirmation (see https://mongodb.invisionapp.com/console/share/VJXLVXNPGW4/587693766 - click "Save" and then "Save and Submit" to see the confirmation). If they click "Keep Editing", bring them back to the editing page. If they click "Submit Boarding", save the record to the database and go the user's Dashboard page.
If a user clicks "Save as Draft", save the record to the database and stay on the editing page. (this is different from the UI shown at https://mongodb.invisionapp.com/console/share/VJXLVXNPGW4/587693876, but that will be a different ticket).
