Expected Behavior
The species drop-down menu of the React Report an encounter page (/react/report) lists only the supported species in a Wildbook.

Current Behavior
The species drop-down menu of the React Report an encounter page includes options that aren't related to taxonomy.

Testing Notes
So far, this has been observed in Flukebook and IoT.
