Feature description and context

User request. Users want to be able to structure their data to match their research methodology. We want to support some measure of flexibility, which we can do by allowing users to see the number of sightings associated with a given individual.

Feature sign-off requirements

• count appears on each /individuals.jsp?id=[UUID] page
• count is the total number of sightings/occurrences
• copy must be internationalized and added to the /individuals.properties files across all supported languages
  • EN: Sighting count
  • DE: Anzahl der Sichtungen
  • IT: Conteggio degli avvistamenti
  • ES: Recuento de avistamientos
  • FR: Nombre d'observations
