Theme customisation - missing elements?

There doesn't seem to be a way to customise 3 elements of the UI:

1. the main Windows app bar is a shade of green - #272F2F - I can't find it in the code anywhere (I've tried the 0xFF272F2F + the reverse BGR format)
2. the current line in folder compare is luminous blue
3. the empty app window is very light grey - not nice on 4K fullscreen when the rest of the screen is dark

Any solutions please?

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to change these colors.

The titlebar background color is the green and blue values ​​of COLOR_3DFACE plus 8.

OK, the blue text on dialogs is not legible, but I worked around it by setting COLOR_WINDOW to a lighter color - should I raise a bug for this?

Thanks for the 3DFACE. For anyone else - e.g. RGB(29,21,21) produces RGB(29,29,29). This also applies to COLOR_ACTIVECAPTION + COLOR_INACTIVECAPTION, maybe others. Perhaps in future this could be changed so that the colors output match the colors input?

By shifting the color of 3DFACE to fix the above, it causes color shift in other elements of the UI. So it seems there is no combination that produces the colors the user wants.

The default control colors you listed can all be modified through the registry.

I modified the color:
