I am trying to generate a patch of multiple directories while a filter is enabled:
grafik
As you can see, there are 4 folders selected, some of which contain ignored files according to the currently applied filter.
What I expect: The patch that is generated should not enumerate differences between ignored files.
What happens: The output contains differences of all the files (even ignored ones)

I am using WinMerge 2.16.22.0 on Windows 10 x64.
A configuration option for this would be very much appreciated.

Thank you very much in advance!

Edit: Forgot to mention: Yes, the filter is working properly. In WinMerge itself, the corresponding files and directories are hidden. However, the generated patch file contains the aforementioned differences
