MSYS2: Git for Windows Installer MSYS2 packages re-ported to pacman

Description

Rebuild the packages depending on MSYS2 runtime/toolchain needed for Git for Windows Installer enabled in #291 with pacman build system. The detailed list of those packages can be found in to be added.

• MSYS2: Native MSYS2 toolchain (recipes) #273

Acceptance Criteria

• All packages needed for Git for Windows Installer distribution package depending on MSYS2 runtime have been compiled using aarch64-pc-msys target toolchain in MSYS2 shell, their functional issues identified and fixed.
