Pause VPN connection

A pause feature that pauses the VPN connection for a selected amount of time, like IVPN, would be useful. Ideally, it should be usable via the permanent notification, like IVPN.

I think almost everyone disconnects the VPN from time to time for a short duration and having this feature would avoid us forgetting to turn it on, or make it automatical so it is less painful to always disconnect/reconnect manually.
