Auto-connection failure

Describe the bug
Windscribe auto-connection ALWAYS fails (in my PC).

OS and app information:
OS: Windows 10 22H2
App version: v2.22.9

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set Windscribe to "Launch on startup" and "Auto-connect"
2. Start or restart Windows 10 22H2 or put it into sleep for a while
3. Windscribe Auto-connection fails

Expected behavior
Auto-connection to a VPN location suceed.

That looks like a version of issue I expirience: tunnels fail after being cut by external means (e.g. failure of PPPoE channel of DSL modem). They never can restore without restart.
