[Feature]: Bring back the previous pinging logic.

Problem or motivation

After updating to v2.22.10 stable, location ordering by latency no longer works for me.
I suspect this is related to the "HTTP ping to use IP address rather than hostname" change from v2.22.6-beta, which obviously is incompatible with my anti-censorship stack, where Windscribe app is routed through an additional VLESS tunnel using domain- and port-based rules.

I understand this is a fairly uncommon use case, but if you could keep the old pinging logic as an option at least just as Advanced Parameter, that would be great.
And by the way, the Android app isn’t affected.

Only partially, because in this case, the pings still aren't routed through my VLESS tunnel. As a result, the location ordering doesn't reflect the presence of extra tunneling, and the authorities can see that I'm using Windscribe as well.

By the way, I didn't know about this Advanced Parameter wiki page. I hope it will be expanded over time, since I suspect it's incomplete in its current state (e.g., it doesn't mention ws-serverlist-country-override=ignore that I personally use).
