[Feature]: stop announcing installation over unprotected channel

Problem or motivation

After installing (and uninstalling) a web page is open in browser over unprotected channel, effectively announcing presence of client.

An intillegent (AI-powered) DPI-filter will react to this.

Proposed solution

i don't know what is happeneing there as page never would open.
Add an option to skip it , or, if there is a purpose to that, do that after first successful connection.

Alternatives considered

If that's just aninformational page, it might be embeddd into app (e.g. QtQuick view or something) instead of peeking at web.
