Currently Claude Code is made primarily as a subscription service that is not "full local". And usage of Claude Code Router with SLMs eat up too much RAM. I have discovered that OpenCode did caching a little bit better than Claude Code + ZCF. I wonder if this can expand and allow multiple CLI agents to work.
