Exceeded current quota #259
Description
I have set my api key on the usage panel.
Not sure what Tokens Used means but I set it at 0 and then tried 999.
I get the error that I have exceeded my quota on the very first message I sent (official client is fine).
I have the base level chatgpt4 subscription.
What's happening here?
Isn't there supposed to be an organisation id provided to the api. Not sure, but I can't see where to set that.
What am I missing?
